Every year we measure the engagement of our team and take action to improve the results accordingly.

Our employees are key to our success. We want them to feel inspired, engaged and motivated in their everyday activity, in order to reach outstanding individual performance and to contribute to the company’s achievements.
Employee engagement is top priority for our business. We measure it every year through our Employee Engagement Index study and we work to improve our performance accordingly. Our Engagement Survey measures the degree to which our teams are motivated, enabled and energized to deliver their best performance and sustain it over time.

We have included the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability dimension within our Engagement Survey, aiming to measure the perception of our employees on our company’s efforts to act as a good corporate citizen within the community. In 2015, around 700 employees volunteered in planting trees, cleaning rivers, running marathons, supporting causes, donating Christmas gifts to underprivileged children or handling water together with Red Cross volunteers. Our colleagues go the extra - mile and suggest new project ideas, for example the ecotouristic rehabilitation of Bigar waterfall. Their engagement is yet another proof that our work truly makes a difference.
