Bucharest, May 17th, 2017 – Coca‑Cola announces today the results of the „Socio-economic impact of the Coca‑Cola System in Romania” study, according to which the presence of this system on the local market generated a value added of EUR 448 million, equal to 0.3% of the GDP.

The awarding was granted for the After Us project – Coca‑Cola HBC Romania’s most complex and newest sustainability platform, which will integrate the company’s initiatives, as well as the community’s programs.

Bucharest, July 6th, 2016 – Coca‑Cola HBC Romania, the largest non-alcoholic beverages company on the local market, with the support of the ViitorPlus Association and of the ‘Cheile Nerei-Beusnita’ National Park Administration, will launch a major project, whose key objectives include exploring the local tourism potential and preserving the natural landscape in the Bigar Waterfall area. This project was driven by a group of employees at Coca‑Cola HBC Romania in Timisoara, who approached the company with a proposal for funding. The idea to develop the Bigar Waterfall area - renowned for its beauty - fits perfectly within the recently inaugurated Dupa noi platform, through which Coca‑Cola HBC plans to increase awareness about the importance of our legacy and the significance of embracing a more responsible lifestyle, which we can pass onto the next generations.

Bucharest, June 15th, 2016 – Coca‑Cola HBC Romania today announces a wider product portfolio with Monster Energy, thus enriching the energy drink segment, which also includes Burn. Coca‑Cola HBC Romania is now the official importer and distributor for the Monster Energy brand, following a global agreement in which The Coca‑Cola Company aquiered an approximate 16.7% stake in Monster, an investment of UAS 2.15 billion.
Bucharest, May 12, 2016 - Coca‑Cola HBC Romania, member of Coca‑Cola HBC AG, one of the largest bottlers of The Coca‑Cola Company products, announces the appointment of two new members in the Senior Management Team: Mihaela Hoffman - Marketing Manager and Razvan Botezatu - Commercial Excellence Manager. Bucharest, April 8, 2016 – Over 8.000 participants from 74 schools in 5 counties of Romania engaged Saturday, April 2nd, in activities as afforestation, plantation, greening and other social and cultural projects – as a part of the first edition of „Ziua Bună! Ziua Voluntarilor Mici” volunteer project, organized by Tășuleasa Social Association, Die Johanniter and National Inspectorate Bistriţa-Nasaud.
