Responding to the increasingly complex expectations of Romanian employees is not an easy challenge. However, Coca‑Cola HBC Romania ranks 5th among the most admired and wanted employers in Romania, according to BrandHive, a recent study conducted by Unlock Market Research, and is the only FMCG employer in top 10.

Coca‑Cola HBC Romania has once again confirmed its position as the most wanted and admired employer in the FMCG industry, according to a study conducted at the beginning of the year.

Coca‑Cola HBC Romania ranks 5th among the most admired and wanted employers in Romania, according to BrandHive, a recent study conducted by Unlock Market Research, and is the only FMCG employer in top 10.

However, satisfying the increasingly complex expectations of Romanian employees is not an  easy challenge, as shown by the same study. What do current and potential employees in Romania wish for? BrandHive analysis shows that they are increasingly interested in both personal and professional developement, while paying more attention to the value that work brings into their lives. Also, employees and candidates are eager to work in an environment where the individual is valued. Today, the ideal company is seen as "human", "flexible" and "empathic", as shown by Unlock Market Research.

The results of the BrandHive study are not a premiere for Coca‑Cola HBC Romania. In 2017, for the second year in a row, we ranked first among the top FMCG employers in the industry, according to a study carried out by Catalyst Solutions.

The results of this study validate our strategy of placing people at the center of our concerns. It is important to our company to understand people's needs, their expectations, the way they want to grow and how they relate to Coca‑Cola HBC's vision. It’s a partnership between people and the organization that we want to develop constantly and to make as satisfying as possible for all those who work at Coca‑Cola HBC. Mihaela Ionita, Country HR Manager, Coca‑Cola HBC Romania

The conclusions of BrandHive are based on the responses of 1000 participants* and were presented in the Evensys Employer Branding Conference 2018.
