Bucharest, August 19, 2013 – Coca‑Cola Hellenic announces that, starting September 1st, Traian Nechifor will take over the Country Manager position for Republic of Moldova, where he will coordinate the finance, human resources and public relations, supply chain marketing functions.
Traian is currently the National Field Sales Manager at Coca‑Cola HBC Romania, with an experience of over 18 years in the company and since 2011 is a member of the extended senior management team. His professional evolution is closely linked to the company organizational development policies, a concrete example being his promotions in positions with higher responsibilities and challenges such as Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager and National Field Sales Manager. Throughout this period Traian actively contributed to the development of the business and to the implementation of organizational projects in order to streamline the sales processes.
Among these - "Route to Market" project is to be mentioned – and represents one phase of the efficiency program for the activities that Coca‑Cola Hellenic develops, ensuring the alignment of the operations conducted in Romania to the strategic vision of the Group and adjusting the organizational structure to the market realities. The project’s goal is to enhance the value of the commercial capabilities maintaining the customer in the center of the company activities. Other projects are Right Execution Daily (RED) and Excellence Across the Border (EATB), aiming at developing a long-term partnership between the customer and the company in order to provide the best services and to ensure sustainable and profitable development for our clients’ business.

Traian Nechifor graduated the Economic University “Petre Andrei” in Iasi, with a specialization in Finances and holds a degree in Marketing from the University eCornel in the U.S.A.
