The recognition we receive for our efforts to conduct our business sustainably motivates us to achieve even better performance with every year.

For two years in a row (2016 and 2017), Coca‑Cola HBC Romania has been ranked no. 1 most responsible company on the local market, by Romania CSR Index, a thorough analysis carried out by The Azores - an independent consultancy agency. In 2017, we reached a score of 94,57%, the highest among the Top 100 companies analysed, thus registering a growth by almost 9% compared to the previous year. The study’s criteria were based on the Directive 2014/95/EU, the GRI reporting guidelines and the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

Sustainability is deeply rooted in the culture of our global business. At Coca‑Cola HBC, we are committed to being at the forefront of sustainable practice and performance in the beverage industry.

Furthermore, we follow the Global Compact international guidelines in order to ensure an integrated performance of our reporting in terms of materiality, width and quality of data. Global Compact provides a principle-based framework and best practices about the way companies can do business responsibly and keep commitments to society.
