New members join the Senior Management Team of Coca‑Cola HBC Romania: Mihaela Hoffman - Marketing Manager and Razvan Botezatu - Commercial Excellence Manager

Coca‑Cola HBC Romania, member of Coca‑Cola HBC AG, one of the largest bottlers of The Coca‑Cola Company products, announces the appointment of two new members in the Senior Management Team: Mihaela Hoffman - Marketing Manager and Razvan Botezatu - Commercial Excellence Manager. This change is part of a broader process of transition to a new organizational model, aligned to that of the group to which Coca‑Cola HBC Romania belongs.

Mihaela Hoffman (39) took over the role of Marketing Manager, thus joining the Senior Management Team. Previously, Mihaela held the position of Trade Marketing Manager. She joined Coca‑Cola HBC Romania in 2011 in the role of Consumer Activation Manager. Two years later, in June 2013, she was promoted to the role of Marketing Manager Beverages, then making the transition to Trade Marketing Manager in April 2014. Prior to joining Coca‑Cola HBC Romania, Mihaela held various management positions in the marketing team of L'Oreal. Mihaela graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies.

One of the novelties introduced by the new model is the creation of the Commercial Excellence team, whose goal is to accelerate revenue growth, to set trade policies and transform ideas into actions that will support faster growth in various product categories. This team will be coordinated by Razvan Botezatu (42), Commercial Excellence Manager, who previously held the position of Sales Manager for the Central Region and Bucharest. He joined Coca‑Cola HBC in 2012, taking the position of National Manager KA, after a career of 16 years in the IT industry, of which 11 were in the Xerox Romania. Razvan graduated Ovidius University in Constanta in 1997 and holds an MBA in Marketing, from the European Central University.

Natalia Stroe (40), who served as Marketing Manager Coca‑Cola HBC Romania in May 2014 accepted new challenges within the company and took over the position of Regional Sales Manager for Bucharest and the Central Region. Natalia will coordinate a team of 150 salespeople and report to Dan Timotin, Country Sales Manager. With 18 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Natalia joined Coca‑Cola HBC Romania in May 2014, after 11 years in team The Coca‑Cola Company, where she held various roles in the Marketing department. Before entering the Coca‑Cola system, Natalia was part of JTI teams and Colliers. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies.
