At Coca‑Cola HBC, team is the most valuable "ingredient"of our performance. Building on the success of the first edition of Management Trainee, we decided to continue the search for young talent and give them the opportunity to become the top managers of tomorrow. The Coca‑Cola HBC School of Business will be the perfect setting in which to discover their potential,and also the element that will transform the Management Trainee program into a unique experience for candidates.

This year, for the first time, the program will include "The Coca‑Cola HBC School of Business," which will be an important step in the process of selection of candidates. For a week, 30 finalists will take part in an intensive program of gaining knowledge about the company and will interact with Coca‑Cola HBC Romania managers during business presentations and practical exercises.

Once recruited, the 11 trainees will go through 3 stages within the "Destination:Management" program:

  1. First Level - knowing the company and specific activities of the department chosen
  2. Second Level – management of their own project and interaction with other departments of the company to develop an overall picture;
  3. Third Level - managing a team.

Each stage of the program is designed to offer every Trainee a varied business experience, to prepare them for successful management of the future role in the organization.During the training, each of the 11 Trainees will work under the supervision of a mentor who will guide them in their professional and personal evolution.
