In September, we launched our first employer branding campaign, under the slogan "People are our Secret Ingredients". The employer branding communication focuses on promoting the success and the diversity of our employees, as an integral and indispensable part of the company.
We are one ambitious family that supports all of its members - every victory belongs to the entire team and is due to each of our over 1,500 colleagues. We are proud of the success of our teams, our commitment to sustainability and diversity and the support we offer to the communities we live in and work in. The campaign celebrates the very philosophy of Coca‑Cola HBC Romania: each member of the team is the ingredient that strengthens our position on the market
