Welcome to Production, the place where the magic takes place. You’ll work in our plant, discover automated technologies and bring innovative ideas to life. 

Just a glimpse of what are you going to do:

  • Dive into our plant, explore cutting-edge technologies, and unleash your innovative ideas to drive real impact.
  • Experience our dynamic “office work” directly on the production lines and have flexibility depending on the business needs to adapt to our shifts schedule
  • You will be in charge of the smooth running of the equipment, in highly automated processes, operating and maintaining industrial equipment.

About the Coca-Cola Program:

·Supply Chain Future Leaders Trainee Program – This is a full-time job, not an internship.

  • ·Duration: 1 year and 3 months, crafted for talented graduates to develop into Coca-Cola HBC's future leaders.
  • ·Growth: Combine your unique skills with a dynamic environment designed to elevate you to your full potential.
  • ·Impact: Lead crucial projects and witness your growth through meaningful work.

Your Key Roles:

  • ·Active Participation: Engage fully in the Supply Chain Future Leaders Trainee Program with assigned tasks, mentoring, and training.
  • ·Project Leadership: Participate in or lead both departmental and cross-functional projects.
  • ·Responsibility: Plan, organize, and deliver on your assignments, objectives, projects, and results.
  • ·Networking: Build and maintain relationships with team members, other departments, and mentors.
  • ·Innovation: Propose and drive process and business improvements.

This role is for you if:

  • Recently graduated from a technical University or are you in a final year of studies about to graduate.
  • You speak English and are an advance PC user.

Manufacturing

Focus on planning, organizing and delivering the activity of various Production Departments, in order to fulfill the production plan at a high-quality level and optimum costs, according to Company standards. Highlight on compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements related to quality systems as well as on the corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

 

Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation

Focus on Lean Processes in Manufacturing, deployment of all Lean Manufacturing solutions - including implementation, tracking and sustainable use within the plant. Supporting the advanced management of digital tools and for delivering Supply Chain Academy training tasks and successful practices sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
